Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

NEW CLIENT BOOKING: Choose between a $50 deposit applied to your service total or securely keeping a card on file. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment, as well as no shows, are subject to 100% service fee. Deposits are non-refundable in these circumstance, and cards on file may be charged accordingly.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, while the full service fee remains due.
